自錨式懸索橋混凝土主塔防腐涂裝研究與應(yīng)用

摘要:研究了酸雨對混凝土的腐蝕機理,以實際工程為背景,對懸索橋混凝土主塔防腐涂裝技術(shù)從設(shè)計、施工、檢測等方面進行了論述,實踐證明:采用封閉漆+ 中間漆+面漆的涂裝體系,有效抵御了酸雨的腐蝕,有重要的推廣價值。
Abstract:The paper researches the corrosive mechanism of the acid rain on the concrete,indicates the anti-corrosive coating technique of concrete main tower of the suspension bridge from the design,the construction and the inspection,and proves by the practice that the adoption of coating system with the sealing paint plus intermediate coat can prevent the corrosion of the acid rain,so it has important expansion value.
