一、盤點進(jìn)入黑名單的SCI期刊

隨著國內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)對水刊和學(xué)術(shù)不端的重視，越來越多的機(jī)構(gòu)對SCI期刊進(jìn)行黑名單管理，即對于某些質(zhì)量不高的期刊，無法報銷版面費，無法用于晉升，不納入業(yè)績。近日，吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院整理了45種警示期刊，警示期刊隨時可能被SCI數(shù)據(jù)庫剔除，論文也容易出現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)不端等問題。

二、2020年中國科學(xué)院文獻(xiàn)情報中心期刊分區(qū)表

近日，《2020年中國科學(xué)院文獻(xiàn)情報中心期刊分區(qū)表》正式發(fā)布！！2020年基礎(chǔ)版分區(qū)表在秉承方法科學(xué)和數(shù)據(jù)客觀的基礎(chǔ)上，延續(xù)使用2019年基礎(chǔ)版分區(qū)表的方法體系。2020基礎(chǔ)版分區(qū)表繼續(xù)突出支持本土品牌期刊國際化的導(dǎo)向，形成了“中國SCI期刊評價方案”：主要措施包括調(diào)整提升中國期刊入選高區(qū)位的比例、擴(kuò)大中國期刊入選基數(shù)（吸納中國ESCI期刊進(jìn)入分區(qū)表評價范圍）和提升弱勢學(xué)科期刊分區(qū)結(jié)果等。具體如下：
