    一、什么是“綠色鋼鐵”?

    Green steel is environmentally friendly steel produced by reducing its carbon footprint as compared to the conventional steel-making process. The reduction in this footprint is obtained through the implementation of non-coal-based alternative technologies. In most cases, green steel production utilizes green hydrogen instead of coal and electricity generated from fossil-free sources.
    二、Green Steel如何制造?
    1. 通過可再生能源電解制備綠氫;
    2. 使用綠氫對鐵礦石直接還原獲得鐵;
    3. 使用可再生能源為動力源,在電弧爐內煉鋼;
    4. 通過鍛造、軋制等工藝得到最終的綠色鋼鐵。

    備注:For this process to be entirely free from fossil fuels and condidered green steel, the rion ore in step two needs to be obtained using renewable energy.

    三、Green Steel中有多少氫?

    氫冶金(Hydrogen metallurgy)工藝中:
    • HyDR+melt工藝,氫含量在(1~2)wppm;
    • HPSR工藝,氫含量在(0.98±0.50)wppm;
    與傳統冶金工藝(conventional metallugical processes)相比,傳統(BOF+VAD)真空處理工藝,氫含量(1~2)wppm。
    氫冶金鋼鐵生產不會引入HE氫脆的風險。
