一、招聘學(xué)科

5. 醫(yī)學(xué)與生命學(xué)科領(lǐng)域（基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生與預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合、護(hù)理學(xué)、生物學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程）；
6.經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)科領(lǐng)域（應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理科學(xué)與工程、工商管理、公共管理）；
7. 人文社科學(xué)科領(lǐng)域（外國語言文學(xué)、法學(xué)、哲學(xué)、馬克思主義理論、新聞傳播學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、教育學(xué)、體育學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)）；
8. 以上領(lǐng)域交叉學(xué)科。
二、招聘崗位和待遇
（一）青年拔尖人才
具有博士學(xué)位，年齡一般不超過40周歲，取得突出學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)，具備成為領(lǐng)軍人才的潛質(zhì)。中組部青年千人、青年拔尖人才，教育部青年長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者，國家基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者等可直接入選。
? 薪酬：個(gè)人收入=校發(fā)基本薪酬+國家省部獎(jiǎng)金+其他收入（學(xué)院績(jī)效分配+科研及社會(huì)服務(wù)收入）
♦ 青年千人：基本薪酬45萬/年+國家、陜西省一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)100萬+其他收入
♦ 青年長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者：基本薪酬45萬/年+教育部獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)10萬/年×3年+其他收入
♦ 中組部青年拔尖人才、優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者：基本薪酬45萬/年+其他收入
♦ 其他入選者：
1. 教授：基本薪酬45萬/年+其他收入
2. 特聘研究員：基本薪酬30萬/年+其他收入
• 優(yōu)秀者可另獲12萬/年的生活補(bǔ)助；特殊情況可面議。
? 工作條件和生活待遇：自然科學(xué)類提供200萬以上、人文社會(huì)科學(xué)類50萬以上科研配套經(jīng)費(fèi)； 一次性安家費(fèi)35萬；入住人才公寓或購買人才住房；子女享受本校附屬中小幼優(yōu)質(zhì)教育條件。
（二）專職科研人員
具有博士學(xué)位，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身體健康，年齡一般在35周歲以下。在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域已取得明顯業(yè)績(jī)。專職科研人員將以博士后方式招收和管理，進(jìn)站后認(rèn)定為助理研究員職務(wù)，實(shí)行合約管理，聘期為2-6年。

1. 特別資助人員：依托國家、省部重點(diǎn)研究基地或承擔(dān)國家重大需求任務(wù)的團(tuán)隊(duì)，招收國外（境外）世界排名前100名高校的博士畢業(yè)生或其他特別優(yōu)秀的博士畢業(yè)生。
2. 外籍人員：依托我校發(fā)起的“絲綢之路大學(xué)聯(lián)盟”，招收優(yōu)秀外籍博士畢業(yè)生。
3. 專職科研人員：依托學(xué)校的科研平臺(tái)，招收在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域取得明顯業(yè)績(jī)的博士畢業(yè)生。
4. 企業(yè)資助人員：依托學(xué)校與政府、企業(yè)聯(lián)合建立的合作平臺(tái)，學(xué)校與企業(yè)聯(lián)合招收，開展企業(yè)項(xiàng)目研究。
? 薪酬：學(xué)校提供的基本薪酬+陜西省生活補(bǔ)助+團(tuán)隊(duì)或?qū)熒钛a(bǔ)貼。
♦ 特別資助人員的收入一般不低于33萬元/年
♦ 外籍人員一般不低于21萬元/年
♦ 專職科研人員根據(jù)學(xué)科不同一般不低于16～21萬元/年

2. Applicants should have outstanding academic achievements in their chosen fields, be prominent among peers and have the potential to become future leaders in relevant areas.
♦ Research Fellows Recruitment
1. Research fellows with special subsidy: PhD graduates from world top-100 universities in foreign countries or a region outside mainland China, or exceptional outstanding PhD graduates for key research bases at national or provincial level, or teams that undertaking significant research tasks of the nation.
2. Foreign research fellows: Outstanding foreign PhD graduates for “Universities Alliance of the New Silk Road (UANSR)” initiated by our university.
3. Full-time research fellows for scientific research: PhD graduates with remarkable performance in related academic fields for the scientific research platform at XJTU.
4. Research fellows with enterprise subsidy: Based on the cooperative platform co-established by the Xi’an Jiaotong University, the government and enterprises, research fellows for enterprises research projects are recruited by the university jointly with enterprises.
