摘要:針對(duì)某型含預(yù)腐蝕損傷2系列航空鋁合金,研究裂紋從腐蝕坑處萌生、小裂紋擴(kuò)展、長(zhǎng)裂紋擴(kuò)展至斷裂的過(guò)程。通過(guò)觀測(cè)不同預(yù)腐蝕時(shí)間下腐蝕坑特征尺寸,分析了腐蝕坑形貌、深度、開(kāi)口面積隨預(yù)腐蝕時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律;通過(guò)復(fù)型法研究了腐蝕坑發(fā)展為小裂紋的過(guò)程,并對(duì)含預(yù)腐蝕損傷的鋁合金進(jìn)行空氣與鹽水環(huán)境下的裂紋擴(kuò)展試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:腐蝕坑深度隨腐蝕時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng)速度要比腐蝕坑面積增加的快;小裂紋擴(kuò)展路徑比較曲折,大部分裂紋形狀近似Z字形擴(kuò)展;無(wú)論是空氣環(huán)境還是鹽水環(huán)境下,疲勞長(zhǎng)裂紋的擴(kuò)展速率主要由應(yīng)力水平?jīng)Q定,應(yīng)力水平越高裂紋擴(kuò)展速率越快,而預(yù)腐蝕損傷程度對(duì)長(zhǎng)裂紋擴(kuò)展速率的影響不顯著。

Analysis of the crack initiation and propagation of a pre-corrosion aeronautical aluminum alloy

Abstract:The crack initiation and propagation including small cracks and long cracks from the corrosion pits of a 2 series pre-corrodedaeronautical aluminum alloy were analyzed. The changes of the corrosion pits' shapes, depths and openning areas were studied by observing the pits sizes. The replica method was utilized to investigate the small crack initation from the pits, and the long crack propagation tests both under the air and saltwater environments were implemented. Results show that the growth rate of the pits depths is faster than that of the pits areas, the small crack propagation paths are quite tortuous with Z-shaped lines. The stress levels have a stronger effect on the long cracks propagation rates both under the air and saltwater environments rather than the pre-corrosion defects.
