　　摘要：2507雙相不銹鋼因良好耐蝕性易于與其他鋼種產(chǎn)生電偶腐蝕傾向，流動環(huán)境下雙相不銹鋼與其他鋼種電偶腐蝕行為研究鮮有報道。本文采用動電位極化、零電阻電流計等手段比較了3.5% NaCl溶液中流動對17-4PH/2507偶對和527A20/2507偶對電偶腐蝕的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)17-4PH/2507偶對電偶腐蝕傾向較低，而527A20/2507偶對電偶腐蝕傾向明顯。流動對17-4PH/2507偶對的電偶腐蝕沒有明顯影響，但明顯促進527A20/2507偶對的電偶腐蝕。

Effect of flow on galvanic corrosion of 2507 duplex stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution

　　Abstract: 2507 duplex stainless steel likely results in galvanic corrosion due to its excellent corrosion resistance when the 2507 stainless steel contacts with other steels. However, rare studies have been reported in the galvanic corrosion of 2507 stainless steel in the flow condition. Effect of solution flow on galvanic corrosion of 17-4PH/2507 and 527A20/2507 couples in 3.5 % NaCl solution was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and an auto zero resistance Ammeter.Experimental result reveals that galvanic tendency of 527A20/2507 couple is stronger than that of 17-4PH/2507coupple. Solution flowing has no obvious influence on the galvanic current of 17-4PH/2507 couple, but distinctively promoted the galvanic corrosion of 527A20/2507 couple and thus accelerated the corrosion of 527A20 steel.
